Program description
Starplex Auto Glass (Kartoxa LLC) sends text messages to customers and to people who request service from us. Messages include replies to calls we missed, appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and estimates, updates about work in progress, and — if you have separately opted in — occasional offers and promotions.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number on our website request form, on our Google Business Profile booking form, by texting us first, or by giving your number to our team and agreeing to receive text messages. If you call us and we do not reach you, we may reply by text to the number you called from, about the service you called about. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in, which you provide by checking the marketing box on our forms.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Customers generally receive no more than four to five messages per service request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Starplex Auto Glass does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop messages
To stop all transactional messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
To stop marketing messages only, reply STOP MKT.
After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending. If you want to start again, sign up the same way you did the first time and we will resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use the information you provide to send and respond to your text messages, including sharing it with platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors who help us deliver them. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
